Good deal for area

I've been here 2 years, about to renew again. It is an older building but has been renovated. We've had a lot of issues being in the garden unit, but staff has been pretty good about answering our maintenance requests and handling all issues.

Good

I've lived here a couple months now. The location is great. A couple things to note, my name is still not in the directory the walls are thin so it is easy to hear others, and the floors make noise when you walk on them (sounds like bubbles popping).

Fantastic Apartment in Great Location

This apartment has wonderful amenities with an in unit washer and dryer and brand new kitchen appliances. I’ve had a few maintenance issues that were resolved very quickly and with friendly personnel. I feel very safe in this building and in this location. Forest Park is position right between Downtown Chicago and Oak Brook, so everything you can possibly imagine is close by. Also this apartment is right off downtown Forest Park where you can walk to local eateries. Plus it is walking distance to a Jewel Osco and a 5 minute drive from Walmart. Very happy with this apartment.
